Returns, Exchanges & Store Credits

At Lavanda Style, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

6.1 Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product (incorrect item sent by us).
  • There was a size error from our side (i.e., the size dispatched does not match the size you ordered).


⚠️ IMPORTANT

Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect size selected by the customer. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order.


6.2 Return / Exchange Request Window

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be entertained.

To initiate a request, contact us at:

  • Email: office@lavandastyle.com
  • Subject line: "Return/Exchange Request – [Order ID]"
  • Include: Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the product (mandatory for damaged items).

6.3 Conditions for Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items without original tags or in used/washed condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

6.4 Store Credits (Lavanda Wallet)

Lavanda Style issues refunds exclusively as Lavanda Store Credits, credited to your Lavanda Wallet. We do not process refunds to original payment methods or bank accounts.


💰 STORE CREDITS

Store Credits are issued to your Lavanda Wallet and can be used on your next purchase at lavandastyle.com. Credits do not expire and hold monetary value equal to the amount credited.


6.5 Return Charge — 100 Deduction

A flat return/reverse shipping charge of 100 will be deducted from all return or exchange refunds, regardless of the order value. The remaining amount will be credited as Lavanda Store Credits.

6.6 Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size (due to a size error on our part):

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
  • Our team will verify and approve/reject the request within 1–2 business days.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Lavanda Style within 2–3 business days.
  • Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, Lavanda Store Credits equal to (Order Value − 100) will be issued.

6.7 Return Process (Store Credit)

If you are returning a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
  • Lavanda Style will review and approve the request within 1–2 business days.
  • Reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 business days.
  • Once the item is received and quality-checked, Lavanda Store Credits (Order Value − 100) will be credited within 2 business days.

6.8 Items Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

The following are excluded from our return and exchange policy:

  • Products purchased during sale events, flash sales, or with discount codes.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration.
  • Innerwear, accessories, and items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Returns or exchanges requested after 48 hours of delivery.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@lavandastyle.com with your Order ID.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may raise a return request upon delivery as per our return policy above.

Cancelled orders (pre-dispatch) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


8. Lavanda Store Credits (Lavanda Wallet)

Lavanda Store Credits are digital credits stored in your Lavanda Wallet account. The following terms apply:

  • Store Credits are non-transferable and non-encashable (cannot be converted to cash).
  • Store Credits do not have an expiry date.
  • Store Credits can be used to purchase any product on lavandastyle.com.
  • Partial use of Store Credits is permitted — any unused balance remains in your Lavanda Wallet.
  • Store Credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other store credit.
  • In the event of account termination due to policy violations, Store Credits may be forfeited without liability to Lavanda Style.
  • Lavanda Style reserves the right to modify the Store Credits program with prior notice.
